17Hundred90 Inn (Oct. 30th 2009/ Halloween Weekend):
WOW what a place! For the brave individuals who took the tours that night and went into room 204, you know how awesome it is. Some of you took unusual but great photos in the room, but what about the individuals that had experiences there.
My crew had attempted to spend the night there had some crazy things happen to us. Forget about sleeping. To many strange noises & lights to keep you awake. We captured an insanely creepy male voice on EVP saying "help me" that would send chills up your spine. The camcorder moving on its own was intense too.
Obvioulsy the room is also haunted by other spirits than just Anna Powers. We also experienced a tightening in the chest & heaviness on your shoulders, some acompanied with nausea in the space between the bed and the bathroom area. Some of our tour guests had the same experience without having any prior knowledge of the phenomena.
William Kehoe House - My Great-Great Grandfather's House (Aug. 11th-13th 2009):
Oh Man!!!! What an amazing experience. Three days/nights of filming in a ghost filled family/exfuneral home was extremely intense!!!! The same production company that produces "the Ghost Hunters" also put this together.
The show is called Ghost Intervention on TLC (The Learning Channel) We are episode #3-Haunted Savannah.
Trust me...this is a story you don't want to miss, especially for those who have taken my tour and have seen the house from the outside!
June 19th 2010 Haunted Walking Tour:
My guide Janet Sivils was on a 9:30pm haunted walking tour with 6 ppl. in her group. Towards the end of the tour as they were leaving Wright Square (aka the Hanging Sq.) one of the men from the tour stepped on to the sidewalk from the street and thought he had stepped into a puddle with his sandals on. When he looked down, there was no puddle and there was blood all over one of his feet! Janet (the guide) grabbed some tissue from her purse and they started to wipe it off to see where he was bleeding from. The napkin came up clean! No red residue. The entire group freaked knowing they were looking at blood but the napkin showed up clear! His wife (who is a nurse) then poured some water on his foot to rinse it off, but found no cut, scratch....nothing.
My tour was wrapping up 2 blks. away, and they found us and shared the incredible story with my group. They were all serious and extremely shaken over the incident. 6 strangers that met on one tour will now have a lifetime memory to share.
Moon River Brewing Company / July 1st, 6th, 9th......and going!
We have recently added this stop on our 8pm Adult Haunted Tour. All I can say is CRAZY pictures, a woman screaming (not part of the tour group), tour guide and a skeptic guest seeing a full blown apparition of a women in the upstairs section of the building and more.
Aug. 17th - Downstairs in the basement I saw a grown woman drop to her knees in fear, crying hysterically as she saw a 6 ft. black shadow of solid mass pass in front of her. Get this...for a living she's a CSI.
USS Battleship North Carolina, Wilmington, NC./Aug. 20,2010
My daughter and I attended an official Paranormal Investigation with GHI (Ghost Hunters International - SYFY):
On this evening we boarded this massive ship overnight and did a live investigation with the cast and crew of GHI (Paul Bradford, Donna Lacroix, and Brandy Green). I have documented the experience and have photos available for this event posted on my Facebook (Tara Haunted Tours). |
